Our primary priority is to educate a younger demographic about various ways to settle disputes outside of the courtroom and expand their knowledge on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). We are committed to educating society about how the practice of ADR further guarantees access to justice for our communities.

Alternative dispute settlement affects everyone, not just those in the legal community, and therefore, we encourage students of all disciplines to seek to participate in the Student Committee. Understanding the overwhelming need for diversity in alternative dispute resolution, we are committed to ensuring diverse representation within our committee.

We strongly believe that ADR is no longer the alternative but the norm. It provides parties with efficiency and efficacy, and it will be the key to maintaining and building relationships. No one is too young to start taking an interest in access to justice; therefore, we offer students volunteer opportunities and access to events to develop a foundational understanding and fuel their passion.
