Julia Piccolo is a third-year student at Western University, completing an Honours Bachelor of Arts, with an Honours Specialization in Media, Information, and Technoculture. As a media studies student, Julia enjoys learning about the communication and information technologies that shape our culture and understanding technological impacts on the development of modern society. 

Julia is passionate about attending law school following the completion of her undergraduate degree, where she hopes to utilize her media interests to pursue a career in media law. As a member of the DDRIOC’s Student Advisory Committee, Julia is eager to explore and expand her awareness of Alternative Dispute Resolution, while helping to promote the realm’s urgent need for diversity to ensure all Canadians have equal access to justice.
