Intercultural Communications and Diversity for Professionals, is DDRIOC’s signature course that should be completed by roster mediators and arbitrators, who wish to hold the certification A.D.F (Accredited Diversity Facilitator). The course provides greater awareness and practical practice tips on cultural awareness required to serve diverse Canadian and US communities. This course is for all professionals who require a deeper understanding and want to learn effective ways of intercultural communication.
Mediators and Arbitrators who do not hold this certification, are highly recommended to do apply for this course to competently serve our clients and communities.
