Ron is a Mediator, Conflict management trainer and Workplace Fairness analyst. He is on the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program roster of mediators & serves as a coach/mentor for 2nd and 3rd year law students at Osgoode Hall, mediating matters in Toronto small claims court. Ron also serves as a recurring judge for national & international mediation related competitions.
