Agnes Kittoe-Affum is the sole Principle of K-A Dispute Resolution Services, she is a Paralegal Candidate and a trained Dispute Resolution professional. Agnes has over 20 years of Distinguished Canadian Military experience where she has mastered the art of performing meticulous and high-quality work whilst respecting strict confidentiality rules.
With a profound passion for resolving disputes, education, and the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDI&B) field, Agnes joined the Defence Visible Minority Advisory Group (DVMAG) in 2017 and has been an active member since. With this experience, she opened K-A Dispute Resolution Services, blending both of her passions: resolving disputes, and D&I training. Agnes is affiliated with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (ADRIC) and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada (ADRIC).
K-A Dispute Resolution Services offers a vast range of dispute resolution services which are categorized into three main dispute resolution categories: mediation, arbitration, and EDI&B workshops. Her main goal is to aid with respectful mediation between parties while fostering a safe space to facilitate fair and reasonable Arbitrations. Within the D&I prescriptive and framework, highlighting the need for D&I in all aspects of our lives is pivotal to our business model. K-A Dispute Resolution Services provides services for the simplest matters to the most complex multi-party disputes as detailed in the practice area.
